The Putera Sampoerna School of Education (SSE) was established to train and develop professionally certified teachers with International standards and to equip them with best-practices in the latest teaching methodologies. Built upon the experiences and expertise of the Sampoerna Foundation Teacher Institute from training over 14.000 professional teachers in Indonesia in the last 3 years, the SSE is a licensed, degree-granting college, managed by the Sampoerna Foundation. The school offers a unique Career Management Program designed to prepare future leaders for the education sector and provides career opportunities within the Sampoerna Foundation network of schools upon graduation. To support its operation, we are looking for qualified and experienced individuals to join our team as :

Administration and Event Staff (AES-SSE)

Main Responsibilities :
  • Manage administration of PR & Communication activities
  • Develop PR and Communication activities report
  • Conduct PR and Communication events
  • Monitor and report the PR & Communication budget
  • Manage Marketing tools and branding production, distribution and report
Job Requirements :
  • At least Bachelor Degree in area of Communications or Public Relations
  • Minimum 2 years experience in area of Marketing Communications or Public Relations
  • Good knowledge and skills in area of Public Relations and Marketing Communications
  • Has experience in academic institution is a significant advantage.
  • Strong communication skill, good team player and result oriented.
  • Good Proficiency in English, both writing and spoken.
Website Management Staff (WMS-SSE)

Main Responsibilities :
  • Develop and manage attractive and informative SSE website content and design for e-learning purposes.
  • Gather e-learning material from academic staff and upload it in the SSE website
  • Gather adn develop information / materials of SSE activities to be uploaded into SSE Website
  • Develop activities to socialize SSE website & its update to SSE member and stakeholders.
  • Develop report & feedback of SSE website utilization
  • Coordinate with IT Dept fof SSE website maintenance
Job Requirements :
  • At least Bachelor Degree in area of IT/ICT, Graphic Design, or Digital Media
  • Minimum 2 years experience in area of Website Development & Management
  • Good knowledge and skills in area of Flash, Java Script, Adobe Photoshop, PHP and MySQL
  • Has knowledge and experiences in e-learning management is a significant advantage.
  • Strong communication skill, good team player and result oriented.
  • Good Proficiency in English, both writing and spoken.
