The Borneo Orangutan Survival Foundation (BOSF) is a non-profit organization supported by sister organizations around the world. It is consistently audited by a multinational auditor company and operating under the formal agreement with the Indonesian Ministry of Forest to conserve and rehabilitate orangutans. BOSF manages orangutan rescue, rehabilitation and re-introduction programmes in East and Central Kailmantan. With almost 1000 orangutans to care for and over 400 staff BOSF is the biggest primate conservation NGO worldwide. BOSF is employing top notch professionals in the fields of biology, specifically primatology, of psychology, veterinary medicine, botany and forestry.
Internal Auditor (Code: AUDIT)
Responsibilities:
- Reports to: Chairman and CEO BOS Foundation
- Coordinating checking process/ audit internal for Headquarter periodically to produce audit paperwork
- Implementing audit internal process of BOS Foundation both financially and operationally
- Make sure the readiness of headquarter and project for preparing financial report along with checking to its report
- Formulate and advise for the problem solution of auditing matters with precisely
- Reviewing and make sure the process of internal auditing concerning to problems analyzing and methods accuracy
- Coordinating with external auditor institution
- Monitor and evaluate of internal audit result as well as coordinating with other related institution to prepare the implementation for discovery
- Implementing other related tasks in order to reach the audit target.
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Accountancy
- Able to analyze and criticize
- Having experience in Public Accountant Company
- Placed in Bogor – West Java
- Having experience for the similar positions for at least (minimum) 5 (five) years, have had worked with local NGO and International NGO preferably
- Computer literate, in particular for Microsoft Office and Internet Based operation

Director of Communication and Fundraising (Code: DIRCOMM)
Responsibilities:
- Reports to: Chairman and CEO
- Designing communication strategy to raise public acknowledgement (local, national, and international) about BOSF’s Vision and Mission
- Collecting data and information about BOSF’s program, project, and activities
- Preparing modern communication software and hardware
- Conducted information spreading about BOSF’s program, project, and activities through printed media, radio, television, as well as website which connected with whole communication media network both local, national, and international
- Establishing communication networking widely with all element of society (local, national, and international)
- Managing BOSF’s website professionally, precisely, attractive, and up to date
- Conducting public relation with all element of society (local, national, and international)
- Organizing communication with all existing donors and potential donors to support funding of BOSF program, project, and activities
- Making report of communication and fundraising program periodically: monthly, three monthly, semester, and annual
- Evaluating the implementation of communication and fundraising program
- Minimum Master degree in Communication, International Relation, Journalism, and or Social Sciences
- Having experience in publishing and promoting company/ foundation
- Able to predict and arrange budget and fundraising from donor
- Placed in Bogor – West Java
- Having experience for the similar positions for at least (minimum) 5 (five) years, have had worked with local NGO and International NGO preferably

- Making guidance of program planning, project and activities of BOS Foundation
- Organizing of program planning, project and activities of BOS Foundation
- Making long-term plan, mid-term plan, and short-term plan of BOS Foundation program, project and activities acceptable with BOSF’s Vision and Mission
- Coordinating the designing of work plan and budget of BOS Foundation
- Making budget proposal to donors for funding BOSF’s program, project and activities
- Coordinating with BOSF’s program, project and activities as well as other related institution and stakeholder
- Monitoring to BOSF’s program, project and activities
- Making BOSF’s general report (monthly, three-monthly, six-monthly, and annual), special report to donors, and popular report.
- Evaluating on plan, implementation, and report of BOSF’s program, project, and activities
- Other related tasks given by Director of Program Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation
- Minimum Master Degree in Management, Information Management, Biology, Journalism, International Relation
