Associate Brand Manager ( ABM)
General Responsibilities:
- Develops brand/product business and marketing objectives and strategies, delivering value-added results through superior execution. Clearly communicates strategies to all levels within the organization.
- Creates superior brand positioning that leverages product differentiation into meaningful product benefits; effectively translates brand vision, positioning and strategy into a promotional approach for individual customer segments.
- Min. 3 years in Marketing, at least 2 years experiences responsible for brands, or multiple products in a major organization - consumer or ethical.
- Experience with independently managing brand plan and projects from conception to completion.
- Exposure to the full marketing mix, including the development process from consumer/HCP research to concept development.
- Experience with A&P budgeting, sales forecasting, and P&L analysis.
- Successful experience in growing or repositioning a brand or product.
