This position will report to the Plant Director
Job Responsibilities :
- Review monthly financial reports (profit and loss and balance sheet) and cost center information.
- Support the external and internal audit process.
- Consolidate, prepare and review all necessary information for planning process and all the planning schedules.
- Production and Inventory costing.
- Support the Plant Manager in the plan/update review.
- Analyse and comment on the variance between actuals and benchmark, as requested by Area HQ.
- Review and monthly production transactions and variances.
- Ensure day to day purchasing activities in compliance with policy and achieving division goals.
- Provide sound financial advise to Plant Manager, as needed.
- Prepare profitability and investment analysis for operational organization to make sound investment decision.
- Bachelor of Accountancy/Finance Degree. CPA or Master Degree is preferable.
- Minimum 3 years experience in Big 4 Accounting firm.
- Have at least three to five years experience in similar position.
- Possess strong analytical and negotiation skills.Experience in developing and leading a department team is necessary.
- Strong ability in effectively interact with other personnel and suppliers.
- Good commitment to improve processes, control and develop people.
- Excellent communication skills and proficient in English, both oral & written.

Field Service Engineer (Surabaya) Code : FSE ADD (SBY)
Successful applicants for this position will report to the Customers Support Manager, and will primarily be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing the analytical instruments manufactured by the company. This will require on site service at the customers site, and also be able to exhibit good interpersonal and communications skills as well as good analytical thought processes and problem solving. To achieve the objective above incumbent will be trained on Abbott Instrument analyzers at Abbott Regional Training Center - Singapore. The applicants will also be responsible for selling service and introduce products of service to customers.
Requirements :- Energetic and enthusiastic with strong individual and team player.
- Applicants will have tertiary qualifications in electronics, physics, or biomedical engineering.
- Willing to travel around Indonesia area and perform service calls after hours if needed.
- Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years experiences in similar position (different industries are accepted).
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
- The candidate should be fluent in both written and spoken English
