PT Arutmin Indonesia exports most of its coal production to the world market. Our mine operation and a world class coal terminal is fully based in South Kalimantan. To support its growth, the company is searching for a high potential and dynamic individual to fill the positions as :
Environmental Engineer (Code: Enviro)
Based in South Kalimantan. This is a staff position reporting to Enviro Supervisor. This position is responsible for planning, controlling, monitoring and reporting the environmental programs in order that the relevant parties fulfill their contractual and/or commercial obligation.
Required Qualifications:
- Min. S1 graduate in environmental engineer or relevant disciplines.
- Possess 1 – 3 years in relevant experience.
- Possess good knowledge in environmental regulation, and reclamation.
- Possess excellent language skills either spoken, written of both Indonesian and English.
- Computer literate (MS Word, Excel).
- Possess strong capability to work as team.
- High commitment to PTAI standard on business ethic.
- Capable to work in minimum supervision, willing to work hard and under pressure, having high integrity, dedicated, and team work oriented.
- Have a high commitment to PT Arutmin Indonesia standards in environment, safety, business ethic and good corporate governance.
MINE ENGINEER (ME)
This position is responsible for handling the day to day activities of mine planning aspects, short and long term planning, communication with contractor, in order to ensure that the production target is achieved in a safe manner.
Specific requirements to apply:
- University degree (S-1) in Mining Engineering,
- Min. 2 years exp. in coal mining industry,
- Good skills in mine planning and geological modelling by using mincom software.
- Hard worker and Able to work in team environment displaying leadership.
- Possess good communications skills both Indonesian and English.
- Computer literate.
- High commitment to company standard on safety, environment & business ethic and good corporate governance.
DATABASE AND REPORTING ENGINEER (DARE)
This is a Staff position reporting to Strategic Operation Superintendent. This position is responsible to collect all data & information related to PTAI activity, and manages them in a good database system. He/she also responsible to monitor and analyze the achievement of actual performance productions against determined budget in order to recognize the trends and provide early warning to the management to take necessary action to improve performance.
Specific requirements to apply:
- University degree (S-1) in Engineering or statistic.
- Experience is not mandatory.
- Good analytical thinking.
- Computer literate.
- Possess good communications skills both Indonesian and English.
- High commitment to company standard on safety, environment & business ethic and good corporate governance.
INSURANCE AND TAX ADMIN COORDINATOR (Code: ITC)
Based in Jakarta Office. This is a staff position reporting to Tax and Payroll Superintendent. He/she is responsible to coordinate and control insurance, back charges report and tax administration internally or externally in order to ensure that all transaction handled in timely manner.
Required Qualifications:
- Min. S1 Degree in fiscal administration, finance or accounting.
- Min. 5 years experiences at the same position in Mining industry or reputable consulting firm would be an added value.
- Possess good knowledge about tax issues and up dated with tax regulation.
- Holding certificates of Brevet A and B will be an advantage.
- Possess good knowledge about insurance, esp. in mining industries.
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Having high integrity, honest and attention to detail.
- Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Possess good communication skill in Indonesian and English.
- Possess strong capability to work as a team and independently.
- High commitment to safety standard & business ethic.
