Now We are looking for professional candidates experienced in banking industries to fill the position:
HC Processing Payroll Staff (code: PPS)
Qualifications:
- Education S1 Accounting with GPA minimum 3.00 (scale 4:00)
- Having minimum 2 years experience in Payroll Processing, preferably from Banking
- Able to operate MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Accurate
- Ability to work under pressure and willing to go home tonight
- Have high integrity
Teller (Code: TLR)
Responsibilities:
Receive and serve all cash and non-cash transactions as customer systems and procedures applicable to the service is satisfactory and to conduct customer retention funding to support the achievement of branch targets.
Qualifications:
- Education min. S1 all the majors with a GPA min.2, 75
- Male / Female, age max 25 years
- Preferably with experience in the banking industry at least 1 year
- Having a service oriented soul
- Able attractive, confident and have good communication skills
- High integrity
Customer Service (Code = CS)
Responsibilities:
Serving our customers and prospective customers by providing information and help from the transaction Funding BTPN products and services, attract customers and prospective customers to use products and services BTPN (passive selling), and dealing with customer complaints according to the prevailing systems & procedures as well as assist in the administration that occurred from each of the sales process conducted by a Personal Banker.
Qualifications:
- Education min. S1 all the majors with a GPA min.2, 75
- Male / Female, age max 25 years
- Preferably with experience in the banking industry at least 1 year
- Having a service oriented soul
- Able attractive, confident and have good communication skills
- High integrity
Service Supervisor (Code = SSpv)
Responsibilities:
Monitoring, authorization, overriding and double check against the activities of transactions made by customer service, tellers, and Support Service so that transactions are conducted in accordance with the systems and procedures that apply and meet the service standards BTPN, and help to follow up on operational issues, so that the branch operations running smoothly.
Qualifications:
- Minimal S1 Education, all majors with a GPA min.2, 75
- Male / Female, age max 35 years
- Experience working in banking or financial institutions in handling a minimum of 3 years service & operational branches
- Having a service oriented soul
- Able attractive, confident and have good communication skills
- High integrity
