Position Purpose
Ensuring compliance to quality and safety standards and controlled costing in creating manufacturability within products.
Position Requirement
- Bachelor Degree (S1), majoring in Industrial Engineering with min GPA > 3.00
- Experience min 2-3 year in manufacturing plant in the same position
- Basic Knowledge on production process, general maintenance equipment & safety
- Advance level on product development knowledge
- Proactive, open minded, problem solver and team player
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill both oral and written English
- Willing to work in Cikarang - Bekasi
PACKING ENGINEER
Position Purpose
Establish proven Method which can be produce in mass production, Develop reliable packaging design which manufacturability for mass production
Position Requirement
- Bachelor Degree (S1), majoring in Engineering with min GPA > 3.00
- Experience min 2-3 year in manufacturing plant in the same position
- Has to possess a basic understanding of color separation, paper classification and printing process
- This position needs people with high sense of aesthetics
- Proactive, open minded, problem solver and team player
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill both oral and written English
- Willing to work in Cikarang - Bekasi
PRODUCT ENGINEER
Position Purpose
Develop new toys and ensure compliance with the standards, specifications and requirement. Establish proven Method which can be produce in mass production
Position Requirement
- Bachelor Degree (S1), majoring in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with min GPA > 3.00
- Experience min 2-3 year in manufacturing plant in the same position
- Basic Knowledge on production process, general maintenance equipment & safety
- Advance level on product development knowledge

INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER
Position Purpose
Design work method & line tooling for production process. Calculate labor hours and material yield requirements
Position Requirement
- Bachelor Degree (S1), majoring in Industrial Engineering with min GPA > 3.00
- Experience min 2-3 year in manufacturing plant in the same position
- Good knowledge in methods analysis such as Time Study, line balancing & process flow
- Proactive, open minded, problem solver and team player
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill both oral and written English
- Willing to work in Cikarang - Bekasi
TOOLING ENGINEER
Position Purpose
Develop and provide injection molding tool to support development stage through production stage.
Position Requirement
- D3 in Drafting & Designing or Tool Making
- Experience min 2-3 year in manufacturing plant in the same position
- Tool making, Tool Design, Auto CAD and Pro-E
- Proactive, open minded, problem solver and team player
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill both oral and written English
- Willing to work in Cikarang – Bekasi
MANUFACTURING ENGINEER (ME)
Position Purpose
Creating Manufacturability in products, product development and cost control
Position Requirement
- Bachelor Degree (S1), majoring in Mechanical or Electrical Engineer with min GPA > 3.00
- Experience min 2-3 year in manufacturing plant in the same position
- Hands on plastic converting process/ Injection Molding
- Vacuum Metalizing knowledge will be an advantage
- Proactive, open minded, problem solver and team player
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill both oral and written English
- Willing to work in Cikarang - Bekasi
