Finance & Support Supervisor
MEDAN

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Accounting from reputable university
• Having a minimum of 3 (three) years of experience in finance / accounting
• Able to manage full set of account : AR, AP, Cash Flow, Banking and Costing, and Financial Statement
• Familiar with Oracle Finance System
• Attention to detail, well-organized, able to work in tight deadline, and ready to work overtime if needed
• Computer literate, excellence in Excel
• English proficiency
• Local incumbent are preferred
• Maintains the records and documentation of daily transaction
• Supervise day to day finance and accounting transaction to ensure proper compliance with accounting standards
• Provide accurate & reliable information/data as a reconciliation data to produce financial (A/R & Inventory) reporting in timely manner
• Responsible to manage and control all HR function in area
• Manage and control all General Service activity to support operational of Mobile-8 office in area
• Maintains the records and documentation of daily transaction

Human Resource & General Service Staff
(Jawa Timur - Surabaya)

Requirements:

• Holding a minimum of S1 degree in psychology, law or management
• Having a minimum of 1 years experience in human resource & general affair
• Having high integrity, good interpersonal skill, hard worker
• Having knowledge and experience in handling Training, Recruitment, Manpower Regulation and implementation
• Language Competency Bahasa Indonesia, English
• Familiar with pressure of high target environment

You will be in charge in:

• Responsible to manage and control all HR function both Organizational Development and HR Operations, including provide appropriate HR strategic roles to achieve company’s objectives
• Managing and controlling all General Service activity to support operational of Mobile-8 office in area

• Preferably from telecommunication background.
• Effective communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Possess strong business sense, high integrity, good interpersonal skill and ability to motivate sales team/subordinate.
• Proactive, adaptive, mature, self starter, team player and hard worker.
• Familiar with pressure of high target environment
• You will be in charge in:
• Maintanace team direct selling and activation day by day

Sales Executive Supervisor
Area: Malang, Palembang, Lampung, Jakarta, Tasik, Cirebon, Batam, Medan

Responsibilities:

Able to Identify market potensial and qualifying account, plan and achive corporate & postpaid sales targe, maintance corporate & company relationship

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in supervisory level with exposures in distribution management and area monitoring.
• Preferably from telecommunication background.
• Effective communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing promotion program (below the line activities) to reach selling target and distribution target
• Implementing trade and consumer promotions
• Planning, implementing and selecting right and accurate branded material
• Implementing and monitoring account plans of merchandising and promotion
• Planning the frequency of promotion
• Responsible for trade promotion
• Responsible for consumer promotion
• Executing the local promotion with a good technique and implement the theory of mechanic promotion

Requirements:

• Hold a minimum Bachelor Degree
• Having 3 years experience in selling or promotion in telecommunication company or cunsomer product
• Having experience in "below the line" activities like: channel promotion, merchandising, POP Material, consumer promotion dan event promotion
• Having knowledge about industry, product, and market charatheristic
• Having knowledge and high interest with cellular technology and information technology
• Strong analytical thinking, proactive and energetic, result oriented
• Able to work independently as well as a team player
• Effective communication skills in English and Bahasa
• Literate in computer
