With this technology, Ceria can cover a wider area so as to provide telecommunication services from the smallest rural to urban areas. In order to expand our telecommunication business in Indonesia, we would like to invite highly motivated and innovative individuals, who wish to develop their career in a dynamic and fast growing organization in many positions as follows :Radio Network Optimization Engineer (Code : RNOE)
Responsibility:
- Responsible for CDMA drive test and post processing
- Monitoring Site/cell ( drop call, congestion, and handover)
- Reviewing RF parameters of cell sites
- To identify, resolve, and verify resolution RF problems.
- Have knowledge CDMA drive test
- Strong understanding in CDMA network, specially in Radio Acces Network ( Air Interface )
- Minimum S1 from Telecommunication
- Minimum 1 years of working experience in same position.
- Male / Female
- Age around 25 - 27 years
- Having good communication & interpersonal skills
- Having high integrity, honesty, persistent, independent, can work under
- pressure, and good working in a team
- Good written and spoken English
- Willingness to travel to all sites in our progress
