Human Resources Manager (HRM)
Responsibilities:
To develop and manage a frame of Human Resources policies and practice covering all aspects of Human Resources Management; recruitment, performance management, human resources policies, employee relations, organization development, compensation and benefit to contribute to the achievement of company objectives.
Requirements:
- Male / Female
- Age between 37 – 40 years old
- Graduates from reputable university majoring in Psychology / Law / Human Capital Management
- Have minimum 4 years experience in the similar position
- Able to communicate in English well
- Have a deep understanding of Labor Law, Income Tax, Industrial Relation and Organization Development
- Acquainted with the implementation of Balanced Score Card, Performance Management System, Compensation & Benefit schemes and HR Information System
- Adequate presentation as well as negotiation skills
Product Executive (PE)
Responsibilities:
- Product market analysis and internal sales monitoring & analysis
- Defining marketing strategy of the product : product positioning, target market/customers, target competitors.
- Provide Training to sales team on marketing aspects of the product
- Male/Female
- Maximum age age 33 years old
- Hold Bachelor's Degree (S1) from a reputable university, majoring Biology, Pharmacy, School of Medicine
- Minimum 2 years of experiences in the same position
