Management Trainee

Our Management Trainee’s initiative is to recruit talent fresh graduates straight from universities and put them through three-year’s development and growth program. The program involves structured approach with assignment in marketing, sales and other operations so trainee’s learn functional skill as well as get insights into overall business process

If you are:

• Bachelor / Master Degree with min GPA 3.0, majoring in :

o Marketing, Business Management
o Industrial Engineering, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
o Food Technology, Agriculture
o Accounting, Economics

• Fluent in English
• High ethical values
• Mindset to win, succeed and work cooperatively with other in a multicultural environment
• Flexible, mobile and willing to relocate anywhere in Indonesia or overseas
