Responsibilities:
- To lead the Corporate Secretary Unit in accordance to the function and authority that is outlined by the Management.
- To provide recommendation to the Board of Director to fulfil and follow the Capital Market Law, the Indonesia Stock Exchange Regulation, the Company Law and BAPEPAM regulations.
- Represent the Company in dealing with BAPEPAM, BI, BEI and public.
- Responsible for General Shareholder Meeting, Public Expose and others Corporate Action
- Update the Management on every significant events that may affect the Company's business, performance and going concern (e.g. monitor competitors, economic change, political change, etc).
- Holding a Bachelor Degree in finance or accountancy,
- Minimum 5 years working experience in the same field.
- Proven track record in managing Corporate Secretary Unit.
- Excellent knowledge about Capital Market and its related regulatory
- requirements
- Excellent in strategic corporate communication and public awareness.
