Service Engineer
Qualification
- Min D3 in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical Engineering
- Min 2 years of experience in automotive industry
- Age 27 - 33
- Able to operate computer applications
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Result and Customer Oriented
- Strong interest in motorcycle
- Support the Service Network (Regional Distribution, Dealer, POS)
- Provide the appropriate solution on the service problem
- Coordinate to the dealer technician within the service area
- Control and monitor the after sales program
- Connecting the Head Office's Service Policy and Program to the Regional Distributor
- Makassar
- Bali
- Palembang
- Sorong (Irian Jaya)
- Karawang
Dealer Development
Qualification
- Min S-1, any discipline, preferably in Marketing
- Min 3 years of experience in automotive industry
- Minimum age 30 years old
- Able to operate computer applications
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Strong networking
- Strong interest in motorcycle
- Understand the motorcycle market
- Fair command in English
- Willingness to travel
- Expert in Information Technology would be a great advantage
- Develop Suppliers / Contractors in all provinces to prepare the physical construction of Regional Distributor / Dealer showroom in related area
- Plan, source, deliver / construct Regional Distributor / Dealer showroom & Workshop in all provinces according to the TVS Corporate identity
- Assist sales team in identifying potential dealer candidates
- Assist sales team in maintaining cordial and smooth relationship with Distributor and Dealer
- Continuously develop low cost supplier / materials to create efficient and best quality TVS showroom & workshop
