WWF-Indonesia is an independent member of WWF, the global conservation organization, that operating close to 100 countries worldwide. WWF-Indonesia is registered under the Indonesia law and operates with 25 offices in 15 provinces, with the vision to conserve Indonesia’s biodiversity for the well being of present and future generations. To support our programs, we are currently seeking a qualified candidate to fill the position of:
Grant Officer
Qualification :
- Bachelor’s Degree Accounting
- At Least 5 years experiences in Accounting system
- Prefer in a private company or an NGO + S1 degree in Accounting
- Good Knowledge of Computer Accounting system (in particular, AccPac 2000)
- Experiences of Handling a small to medium-sized department with complex financial reporting and administrative requirements
- Detail oriented person and team work player
- Good communication skills in English both spoken and written
- Analyze and monitor the implementation of the project budget
- Produce financial report project under his responsibility
- Update income from donors for project under his responsibility
- Participate Actively in the preparation of the national budget
- Review and Provide input to the grant and contract Manager in budget making project proposal
- Perform filing and updating project document including the schedule report
