DRILL & BLAST SUPERVISOR
Requirements:
- Min. 5 years experiences in Drill & Blast,
- Deep knowledge in Drill & Blast,
- Good knowledge in Safety,
- Good supervisory skill,
- Having blaster certificate (2nd class blaster),
- Willing to work extended hour due to project requirement.
- Supervising all drill and blast activities to ensure that pit planning and sequencing is accurate and targets are met.
- Maintain and supervise drills and drill consumables.
- Supervise the day to day activities of fellow employees and contractor personnel and effectively implement the Ground Control Management Plan to ensure risk assessment/ management practices are engaged for ground control hazards and undertake and document regular workplace inspections.
- Actively involved in the development of Standard Work Procedures and a commitment to the training and supervision.
- Assist the Senior Mining Engineer to minimize exposure to personnel and the environment by identifying hazards and risks during the planning phase of the work packages.
- Implement all safety procedures, rules and regulations and statutory regulations in accordance with the Safety Management Plan.
- Ensure attitudes, decisions and work practices of all Superintendent and Supervisory personnel meet or exceed the principles of the Project s Safety and Health Policy, Safety Management Plan, Environmental Management Plan and Safety Procedures.
HSE OFFICER
Requirements:
- Willing to travel to all company s sites,
- Willing to work extended hours to meet the objectives,
- Min. Bachelor degree (preferable from Occupational HSE / K3),
- Min. 1 year experience in HSE.
- Prepare and present safety training and safety induction to enhance safety awareness among employees and clients.
- Conduct inspections on statutory, fire and rescue equipment to ensure completeness and readiness for use.
- Inspects project facilities, observe operations and activities in progress to ensure those are in compliance company s safety regulations.
- Coordinates and consults with project safety superintendent and/or project managers regarding HSE issues in their respective areas and notifies management staff regarding violation of safety regulations and codes to ensure that all safety defiance are proceed.
- Support and assist safety audits, inspections and accident/incident investigations by observing employee activities and workplace conditions for submitting recommendations to management to correct deficiencies, eliminate hazards, and improve the overall program.
- Control and monitor the use of Hazardous or dangerous goods to ensure conformance with the MSDS (Material Safety Data System).
- Monitor, review and participate in Pre-start meetings and Tool Box Meeting to update with current safety information.
- Support Environmental performance and maintain third party accreditation (ie. ISO 1400and work effectively with certification body in order to preserve international standard accreditation.
- Performing a strong visible commitment in to HSE Management System as well as all programs.
HSE SUPERVISOR
Requirements:
- Willing to travel to all company s sites,
- Willing to work extended hours in the event of an emergency,
- Min. Bachelor degree (preferable from Occupational HSE / K3),
- Min. 3 year experience as an HSE Officer,
- Good command in English.
- Prepare and present HSE training and HSE inductions.
- Carry out inspections on statutory, fire and rescue equipment, ensuring completeness and readiness for use.
- Conduct daily site HSE inspections to confirm safe practices and procedural compliance including Subcontractors. Report discrepancies to Project Manager.
- Assist Project Supervisors with the investigation, analysis and reporting of all hazards, incidents and accidents.
- Responsible to ensure Project Supervisor maintains adequate supplies of appropriate PPE.
- Collect statistics and understand what that information means, and assist the Project HSE Superintendent in reporting HSE statistics.
- Inspect and maintain tools and equipment to ensure good working order and that they meet minimum HSE standards and requirements.
- Involve employees and contractors in the consultation process that ensures continual review and improvement of the Health, Safety & Environment.
- Liaise with Section HSE Superintendent to develop emergency procedures and training programs.
- Ensure all Government HSE Regulations are being adhered to on the Project Site.
- Maintain HSE records and report HSE Performance to Project Manager.
- Lead Emergency Response Teams if required.
- Participate in Pre-start meetings and Tool Box Meeting.
- Participate in HSE audits.
- Resolve HSE issues in area(s) of control.
- Organize HSE Officers and Graduate HSE Officer to perform their daily HSE activities, planned, roostered, etc.
- Identify any environmental issues in area of area responsibility (regular audit schedule).
MAINTENANCE PLANNER
Requirements:
- Work Flexible hours to accommodate the Job requirements,
- Min. 1 years previous experiences as Maintenance Planner,
- Min. Diploma degree in any major,
- Willing to be placed in all project locations,
- Good command in English verbal and written,
- Excellent computer skill,
- Familiar with maintenance engineering software.
- Work with Maintenance Superintendent to develop weekly, monthly and shutdown schedules for inclusion in the BMP (Business Mining Petrosea) plans by the Senior Mining Engineer with consideration to the work backlog and required resources to enhance the operational efficiency.
- Plan and implement short term detailed mine execution plans using the BMP process and to provide the necessary production parameters needed by BMP on a continuous feedback basis in order to enable short term control in term of achieving the long term mine plan.
- Review defect notices and work requests in order to develop work backlogs.
- Prepare and monitor the implementation of Shutdown planning in order to ensure all resources and materials are on hand when required.
- Check and investigate all variances from target and report to Maintenance Superintendent in order to maintain data accuracy.
- Originate, monitor and control requests for parts and resources in order to ensure they are available when required and without contributing to “overstock” and unnecessary storage of parts.
- Support and advise Warehouse Controller regarding to stock level availability in order to determine accurate minimum and maximum stock levels.
- Record and documented all maintenance event in order to ensure all maintenance events are recorded accurately.
MAINTENANCE SUPERINTENDENT
Requirements:
- Work flexible hours to accommodate job requirements,
- Min. Diploma degree with 8 years experiences in maintenance,
- Good analytical and supervisory skills,
- Good communication in English,
- Possess broad knowledge in heavy equipment maintenance.
- Prepare and develop weekly, monthly and shutdown schedules, liaise with Maintenance Planner for inclusion in the BMP plans by the Senior Mining Engineer.
- Monitor and control the implementation of short term detailed mine execution plans using the BMP process and provide the necessary production parameters needed by BMP on a continuous feedback basis in order to enable short term control in achieving long term mine plan.
- Control and supervise maintenance personnel including monitor their performance and provide development plan in order to provide leadership in maintenance activities.
- Plan and schedule maintenance, investigate all variances from target and liaise with Maintenance Planner in order to prevent catastrophic failure and maintenance is performed in the BMP cost effective manner.
- Monitor and control maintenance event to ensure maintenance events are subject to a root cause analysis and this information is recorded at work order closing time.
- Monitor and control inventory stock levels to ensure stock reflects usage requirements and no unnecessary or excessive stock holdings occur.
- Identify and analyze hazards and risks during the planning phase of the work packages, record all accident events and costs in Avantis in order to assist the Maintenance Planner in term of minimize exposure to personnel and the environment.
- Implement and adhere all safety procedures, rules and regulations and statutory regulations in accordance with the Safety Management Plan, in order to prevent Lost Time Injuries (LTI).
MECHANIC SUPERVISOR
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma (3 Years Non-degree),
- Min. 5 (five) years experience in heavy equipment maintenance operation, supervisory experience is a plus,
- Able to operate PC (Office software, email),
- Able to use Bahasa properly, active English,
- Able to work in team, as well as in individual role,
- Willing to work under pressure due to tight deadline.
- Develop and implement maintenance operation based on outstanding order and preventive maintenance program.
- Set up goals and coordinate available resources, including: spare part, tool, manpower.
- Distributes outstanding jobs and provides direction to mechanics in order to ensure the accomplishment of any outstanding jobs.
- Ensure company plant is maintained to industry standards or quality, safety and reliability.
- Ensure the availability and workability of all supporting tools and provide necessary report accordingly.
- Continually review local conditions to optimize maintenance schedule and minimize un-scheduled maintenance event.
- Manage maintenance administration.
- Hold the safety procedures in performing work from time to time in order to prevent the incident/near miss incident, including:
- Perform jobs whilst consider the housekeeping of surrounding area
- Support all safety programs
- Control and eliminate the unnecessary use of resources; water and power in order to reduces energy consumption within area of responsibility.
- Identify any environmental issue within area of responsibility to contribute in looking after the environment.
PROJECT MANAGER
Requirements:
- Willing to work extended hours to meet the deadline,
- Min. 10 years previous experiences in Mining,
- Min. Bachelor Degree, preferably in Mining,
- Comprehensive knowledge of and mining management principles and practices and the associated flow of design and mining project management,
- Ability to recognize potential claims and manage project contract activities to avoid costly claims and litigation,
- Ability to supervise and evaluate the work of subordinates, Ability to communicate effectively both oral and written,
- Ability to develop and maintain effective monitoring and control systems and carry them to the, intended conclusions to meet Agency goals for the program.
- Plan and control the flow of work for a mining project, including estimating time, supplies and personnel required for completing the project to ensure that projects are being carried out according to established plan.
- Direct, control and execute the Project by conducting a kick off meeting with the Project Team, assign duties and responsibilities as detailed in the functional matrix in order to ensure project initial are well managed.
- Direct, review and analyze client specifications and documents to ensure the requirements defined are incorporated into the works and the responsibilities allocated under the project quality system are understood and implemented.
- Prepare, control and implement project budgets, mining schedules, project reporting, progress assessment and project execution plan, take personal responsibility and accountability for cash flow, receivables and return on capital of the project to ensure budget are meet with operational needs and requirements.
- Interface and coordinate subcontract activities to ensure that they will support the achievement of project aims and the support of company objectives.
- Direct, monitor and utilize company s equipment efficiently, maintain schedule compliance on planned maintenance and reduce cost as appropriate in order to optimize asset utilization.
- Direct, submit and negotiate claims to settlement as required to ensure that progress claims are submitted and paid in a timely manner.
- Plan, analyze and establish detailed cost forecasts, manage variations in order to close out to maximize returns in a timely manner.
- Direct, control and manage all statutory permits and approvals as required to proceed with the contract to ensure all permits and formalities are complete and valid.
- Establish to maintain and manage all stake holders interests to ensure harmonious and cooperative relationships in industrial relations, community relations and staff welfare in all aspects of the project.
- Maintain and implementing HSE programs including Environmental Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard and requirements.
TRAINING SUPERVISOR
Requirements:
- Willing to travel to all company,
- Min. Diploma degree in any major,
- Good English & Computer literate,
- Min 5 years exp with operation training as trainer, especially in mining,
- Have an experience with various type and model of machines,
- Good presentation and leadership skill.
- Review and analyze training schedule, training ads, machine availability in order to ensure the completion of site training process prerequisite.
- Review and analyze training reports, papers and other records from subordinates in order to ensure clarity, completeness and accuracy.
- Oversee maintenance of training files in order to provide training administration support.
- Coordinate and liaise with training coordinator in order to arrange vendor training on site.
- Monitor and adjust technical training needs in specific areas in order to maintain appropriate training plan.
- Practice continuous improvement by improving processes and procedures, eliminating non-value added activities, and developing a self-development plan to enhance processes and procedures effectiveness.
- Conduct and evaluate onsite training and assessment, liaise with site trainer to ensure onsite training is well implemented.
- Prepare regular report on site training activities to training coordinator in order to provide training implementation update.
WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR
Requirements:
- Min. 6 years experiences in logistic & warehouse,
- Work in detail, time manageable and target oriented,
- Good reporting system,
- Good behaviour, open, honest and proactive,
- Able to working under pressure to meet delivery time,
- Good communication and negotiation skill,
- Leading by example.
- Source and negotiate quotes for road / sea / freight transport provider in order to obtain the best price and time schedules.
- Raise Material Requisition (MR) for regular transport and obtain MR for specific transport required to arrange Purchase Order for PM/Procurement Manager approval.
- Expedite and supervise the order process, check and receipt material according to the specification by providing Goods Receipt Note (GRN) to ensure receipting in the system are updated.
- Supervise and control packing and transport handling process including stock take material are well recorded and handling properly to ensure handling process are meet the safety requirement and as per standard procedures.
- Coordinate and liaise with custom/import staff for any issue related with import materials to ensure all custom/import matter are well managed.
- Actively contribute to a team culture where all employees are responsible for their own and co-worker safety, Keep work area clean and tidy, take corrective action on all hazardous situations in order to maintain a safe and healthy environment at all times.
- Monitor and manage requirement for PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and special safety equipment to ensure all safety aspects in PO (Purchase Order) / PVA (Preferred Vendor Agreement) are adequate.
- Uphold procurement business ethics and take ownership of every single deal for company benefit to ensure the adherence of overall company s business ethics.
WORKSHOP SUPERVISOR
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma (3 Years Non-degree),
- Min. 5 (five) years experience in maintenance operation, supervisory experience is a plus,
- Knowledge of best practices of heavy equipment maintenance,
- Able to operate PC (Office software, email),
- Able to use Bahasa properly, active & passive English,
- Able to work in team, as well as in individual role,
- Willing to work under pressure due to tight deadline.
- Conduct administrators and Supervisors to schedule and plan routine maintenance and repair functions.
- Ensure company plant is maintained to industry standards of quality, safety and reliability.
- Ensure all work is conducted in a competent, efficient and safe manner.
- Ensure adequate frequency and completeness of routine preventive and repair maintenance.
- Ensure skilled and effective workforce is engaged to maintain equipment.
- Continually review maintenance schedules for local conditions to optimize scheduled maintenance and minimize un-scheduled maintenance.
- Report to Maintenance Superintendent with on hire / off line reports, weekly workshop reports and all maintenance / repair activities.
- Monitor stock levels of fast moving parts and provide timely report to Maintenance Superintendent.
- Hold the safety procedures in performing work from time to time in order to prevent the incident/near miss incident, including:
- Perform jobs whilst consider the housekeeping of surrounding area
- Maintain full compliance to waste segregation policy
