Personal Banking Officer (Code: PBO)
Responsibilities :
- Ensure sales target are achieved
- Maintain good relationship with customers
- Acquire new customers
- A Bachelor Degree from a reputable university with minimum GPA 2.75
- Minimum 1 year experience in marketing
- Understanding of Retail Banking products and services
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in Bahasa and English
- Target and Customer Satisfaction oriented
- Communicative and persuasive, able to conduct interesting presentation
- Quickly adapt in any kind of situation
Sales & Service Officer (Code: SSO)
Responsibilities :
- Ensure sales target are achieved
- Ensure excellent customer experience
- Handle all customer inquiries and complaints
- Complete application document and related administration process
- A Diploma degree from a reputable university with minimum GPA 2.75
- Fresh graduate
- Proficient in the use of computer based office tools MS Word and MS Excel•
