Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct strategic planning and resourcing process
- Maintain relationship with educational institutions or others in sourcing candidates
- Conduct analysis of the HC data in the process of employee development
- Develop selection tools appropriate to the needs
- Minimum age 23 years, max 30 years
- Educational Psychology minimal S1 with minimum GPA 3.00 (scale 4:00)
- Have a minimum of one year experience in the field of Human Capital
- Has the ability to apply MS. Office, especially Excel
- Has the ability to use test tools Psychology
- Resistant to pressure
- Has strong analytical power
