Plant Controller
( Plant Manado & Plant Cianjur )

The incumbents are responsible to:

• Prepare monthly finance operation report related to COGM, COGS & Industrial KPIs
• Ensure all transactions are in accordance with company’s financial policy & procedure in the plant
• Ensure implementation of internal control & internal audit in plant
• Ensure adequate internal control over company’s assets in the plant
• Production flow analysis & focus on inventory monitoring
• People development through empowerment and training program

Requirements:

• Minimum D3 degree in Accounting, preferably S1
• Minimum 3 years working experience as Department/Section Head in Finance
• wiling to be placed in Airmadidi (Manado)/Cianjur as well any Aqua’s plant in Indonesia
• Computer literate & good command in English both verbal and written
• Strong leadership and good team work
• Strong analytical skill
• High motivation & willing to work hard meet tight dead line
