Analyst - Creative Media Communication
General info:
- Gender: preferable Male
- Personal Criteria: Fun/ Passionate/ having a Strategic and analytical point of view
- Experienced in event management and implementation - min 2 Years
- Observe and explore the media events/program/sponsorship that suitable for the brand. He/She has to do some observation of the target segment lifestyle and attitude and align them with the most suitable event or program that may yield the highest result .
- Manage technical aspect. He/She has to manage the technical aspect or the execution of the event / program sponsorship. This include managing A& P budget and vendor selection.
- Align external and internal. He/She has to align the event campaign or coordination with internal parties and external parties.
- Collect data , Analyze and Evaluation report. He/She has to collect the data of the media event or program sponsorship assigned, give analyze and preparing the evaluation report.
- Improvement and Recommendation. He/She has to give some notes in the aspect of event or program sponsorship that need to be improved and need to give some recommendation.
END-TO-END SERVICE SPECIALIST
Job Role:
To design the strategy and standards of people, process, policies, tools across all XL's service touch points (e.g. Customer Service, XL Center) in order to enhance customer experience.
To implement the strategy and standards in collaboration with relevant functions, including the process owners.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from accredited university with strong academic performance
- Minimum of 5 years working experience, with at least 3 years experience in customer-centric back-end role (strategy/business process redesign) in Telco/Banking/Hospitality industry
- Strong capability to gather and analyze information
- Exposure in integrating customer and business insight to drive creation and implementation of strategy
- Excellent persuasive and influence skills
- Excellent communication skill
