Marketing Secretary
Responsibilities include: provides administrative support to the marketing team; generating reports and keeping records of department expenses; makes travel arrangements; provides assistance in coordinating marketing activities and events; working closely with other departments such as Sales, Finance & Accounting, Purchasing & General Service and Product Supply.
Your qualifications - Minimum Diploma (D3) Degree from any educational background, preferably from Secretary, Public Relation or Management; At least have 2 years work experience in handling Department’s Secretarial or Administration work; Excellent computer skill (MS Word, Excel, Power Point); Outgoing and have passionate in Marketing; Posses a good time management; Self motivated and a good team player; Proficient in oral and written English; Female max. 28 years old.
