Human Resource Officer (Payroll)

Responsibilities:
- Use payroll software to process data to ensure accurate and timely salary, overtime and allowance payments with statutory contribution and deduction;
- Filing of IR21 of foreign workers' annual income to IRAS;
- Prepare e-submission of employees' annual remuneration to IRAS;
- Prepare e-submission of employees' monthly remuneration to CPF;
- Maintain proper filing of employee records;
- Verify monthly Foreign Workers' Levy billing;
- Provide Administration support within the HR function;
- Any other ad-hoc duties as and when required.
- Relevant qualifications in Human Resource Management or Information Systems;
- Minimum 2 years experience dealing with payroll;
- Candidates with experience handling a large headcount are preferred;
- Familiarity with payroll software with a strong IT background is advantageous;
- Good communications and interpersonal skills;
- Meticulous and able with work under tight deadlines.
Project Manager (Rig/Ship Building)

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the project execution in accordance with the contract;
- Plan, control and track project progress in coordination with stakeholders;
- Ensure on-time and in-budget completion of projects;
- Execute project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements;
- Negotiate and review contract specifications when necessary;
- Effectively applies best methodologies and enforces required project standards.
- Degree in relevant Engineering discipline;
- Qualifications in Project Management will be advantageous;
- Minimum 5 years Experience in Oil & Gas, Shipyard or Offshore Industry, preferably with managerial experience in Project Management;
- Knowledge of international Marine & Offshore Engineering codes, class and standards;
- Excellent command of English and conversant in Bahasa Indonesia;
- Able to communicate effectively at all levels.
