Drydocks World has been a leading brand in the maritime industry for over 25 years. Drydocks World facilities operate in the Middle East and Southeast Asia. In Southeast Asia, Drydocks World unites leading expertise at the world’s crossroads of busiest shipping lanes, and close proximity to major offshore oil and gas field developments in Singapore and Batam Island, Indonesia. Diverse marine activities are focused in 4 shipyards, namely: Singapore, Graha, Nanindah and Pertama. Collectively these encompass 29 building berths, 8 floating docks, and a specialised rig building yard.

We invite suitably qualified candidates to join our team as:

Human Resource Officer (Payroll)
(Singapore)


Responsibilities:
  • Use payroll software to process data to ensure accurate and timely salary, overtime and allowance payments with statutory contribution and deduction;
  • Filing of IR21 of foreign workers' annual income to IRAS;
  • Prepare e-submission of employees' annual remuneration to IRAS;
  • Prepare e-submission of employees' monthly remuneration to CPF;
  • Maintain proper filing of employee records;
  • Verify monthly Foreign Workers' Levy billing;
  • Provide Administration support within the HR function;
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as and when required.
Requirements:
  • Relevant qualifications in Human Resource Management or Information Systems;
  • Minimum 2 years experience dealing with payroll;
  • Candidates with experience handling a large headcount are preferred;
  • Familiarity with payroll software with a strong IT background is advantageous;
  • Good communications and interpersonal skills;
  • Meticulous and able with work under tight deadlines.
Project Manager (Rig/Ship Building)
(Based in Batam)


Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the project execution in accordance with the contract;
  • Plan, control and track project progress in coordination with stakeholders;
  • Ensure on-time and in-budget completion of projects;
  • Execute project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements;
  • Negotiate and review contract specifications when necessary;
  • Effectively applies best methodologies and enforces required project standards.
Requirements:
  • Degree in relevant Engineering discipline;
  • Qualifications in Project Management will be advantageous;
  • Minimum 5 years Experience in Oil & Gas, Shipyard or Offshore Industry, preferably with managerial experience in Project Management;
  • Knowledge of international Marine & Offshore Engineering codes, class and standards;
  • Excellent command of English and conversant in Bahasa Indonesia;
  • Able to communicate effectively at all levels.
