Sales Executive
(Area Sales for Jabodetabek – Based on Jakarta, Code: SE)

Job Accountabilities:
The incumbent has to visit store regularly, monitoring competitors activity in every store, monitoring Goodyear’s & competitors market price, update store profile in every region, ensures that distributors carry sufficient inventory of the right sizes in line with customers requirements. The incumbent also has to executing & enforcing company & government policies related to the activities of the regional sales organization.

Job Requirements:
  • University Graduated from reputable University with minimum GPA 3.00.
  • Preferably experience as sales area on Automotive or Heavy Equipment Industry at least two years.
  • High initiative (Planning, Scheduling & Organizing)
  • Excellent in both Interpersonal & Communication skills.
  • Willing to travel and to be relocated (if required).
  • A team player who is hardworking, highly motivated and able to work under pressure.
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office is a must).
  • Good presentation skills, Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Able to communicate in English (Oral & Written).
Financial Analyst (Code: FA)

Job Accountability:
  • Collect, compile, verify, and analyze financial information and economic indicators
  • Provide reports to management on information for making strategic and operational decisions on areas such as investments and capital expenditure.
  • Analyze the financial implications of proposed investments or other transactions to management against organization's business objectives
  • Evaluate industry, economic, financial, and market trends to forecast the organization's short, medium and long-term financial and competitive position
Job Requirement:
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) from reputable university, majoring on Accounting.
  • Relevant experiences minimum 2 years at finance area
  • Excellent analytical thinking, understand, and could work on the technical subject directly
  • Self motivated, receives satisfaction from finishing work and from getting good results
  • Can be counted on to exceed goals successfully
  • Able to meet tight deadline and ready to work under pressure.
Continuous Improvement System Manager

Job Accountabilities :
Provide support for process improvement projects and deliver formal training on the strategy. Stimulate process management thinking by challenging conventional wisdom through the demonstration of the methodology application.

Job Requirement :
  • Education and/or experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering.
  • Minimum of five to eight years of related business experience with progressively responsible work including three years of manager position.
  • Completion off all Black Belt Course is a must.
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively, ability to coach, train, facilitate, supervise and lead team effectively; lead/produce in unstructured work environment.
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal, communication and networking skills; strong project management & leadership skills; PC skills (Minitab & MS Office is a must).
  • Demonstrated ability to applying of Lean methods that range from simple KAIZEN or Quick Change even lasting a couple days to major throughput improvement projects spanning several months.
  • Demonstrated Six Sigma methodology and tools (DMAIC / DFSS)
  • Strong analytical skills & understand statistical method as well.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a diverse work group.
Business Team Manager

Job Accountabilities :
According to business plan, allocate the resources and duties, organize, implement, monitor and adjust the production activities to conduct production tasks in quality and quantity, including direction to guide the production activities through all key coordinators.

Job Requirement :
  • Education and/or experience equivalent to Bachelor’s Degree with Electrical Engineering discipline
  • Minimum 10 years manufacturing experience in tire industry
  • Previous experience in Japanese company will be preferable
  • Good knowledge in manufacturing systems, specifications, machines basic operations
  • Good understanding in Kaizen, QCC and Six Sigma
  • Positive outlook, enthusiasm, high initiative and creative
  • Sharp analytical skill
  • Strong leadership and communication skill
  • High commitment in safety and quality
