Application Support
Job Description
- Provide the first level support of existing IS-related application to the user in collaboration with the IS Help-desc and different IS resources.
- To be able to provide fast and accurate solution, the documentation of the issue and its solution become an important part of the Application Support activities.
- Assist in the requirement definition and analyze and design phases and is also responsible for making of user manual documentation.
- In collaboration with the business owner, training center and other IS resources, assists and eventually conducts the user training if needed.
- Bachelor Degree majoring in computer science, information science, and management information systems from reputable university
- Minimum 3 years experience as application support.
- Broad knowledge and experience related to computer systems and application software including knowledge of emerging technologies.
- Familiar and deep knowledge on SQL and Web Based application.
- Deep understanding of business processess.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively.
- Has good communication skill in English, both oral and written
- Having experience of using Oracle Database environment.
Technical Support
Job Description
- Keep all the IT (information technology) infrastructures working perfectly in order to support PALYJA operations.
- Install new IT equipment.
- Maintain existing IT equipment (analyze, updating and reinstallation.
- Manage existing IT equipment (collecting, monitoring and moving).
- Develop new tools to support the IS operations.
- Providing first help to the application users.
- participate to the implementation of Business application software.
- Providing first help in data communication.
- Bachelor Degree majoring in computer science, information science, and management information systems from reputable university
- Deep knowledge of Windows NT, 2000, XP as a workstation and server operating system.
- Knowledge on installing and troubleshooting PC Hardware and peripherals.
- Good knowledge on Microsoft Office applications.
- Has good communication skill in English, both oral and written
- Having a driving license type-A and C
Database Administration
Job Description
- Provide IT Manager to decide right specification on database and application (UNIX and Windows based).
- Create Operating System parameter configuration, to make sure database and application are working well.
- Optimize database performance collaboration with system administrator.
- Monitoring database server process, to ensure all performances working perfectly in order to support PALYJA operations.
- Design back-up system for database and application in collaboration with system administrator.
- To recovery/restore database when in needed in collaboration with system administrator and make sure all of database has an accurate backup.
- To make an automation process outside working hours (to design, to create, to change and to execute the process) and maintain system performance, monitor system, backup data, restore data etc.
- Cloning database and application from one environment to another environment based on user request.
- To do patching data from database with approval correction from user through patch request.
- Bachelor Degree majoring in computer science, information science, and management information systems from reputable university
- Minimum 3 years experience as an oracle database.
- Broad knowledge and experience related to oracle database administration. Has aertification is advantage.
- Familiar and deep knowledge on UNIX and Windows Administration commands
- Deep understanding of backup concepts and recovery database, performance tuning database.
- Strong and effective written communication skills in English
- Can-do attitude, has good communication, team work, and analytical thinking skill)
