CAC DOCUMENT CONTROLLER
(Kalimantan)


Responsibilities:
  • Make Site Binder Standard
  • Make PAT Document
  • Archiving Project documents (site survey, Design Pack & MOP, PAT, FAT, Asset Value, )
  • Arrange delivery document for internal use or to Customer (ATP, As Built, Design Pack, FAT)
  • Check PAT document result
  • Follow up the PAT result (collect the PAT document from the field)
  • Check PAC application from Subcontractor
  • Make & Maintain Project Documents Database
Requirement:
  • Diploma or Bachelor Degree, major in Business Administration, Secretary.
  • Proficient in English
  • Knowledge about corporation agreement and contract
  • Negotiation skill
  • Computer skill
  • Good administration skill
  • Have minimum 2 years experience in document control job
JUNIOR TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER
(Jakarta)


Responsibilities:
  • Be responsible for project implementation and product maintenance
  • Provide guidance, consultancy, technical support, and problem resolution to key customers / channel partners in project implementation
  • Lead role in working with the team to continuously enhance and improve the support service framework to achieve channel partners and customers satisfaction
Requirement:
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunications / Electronics Engineering or equivalent
  • More than 1 year's relevant experience in IT industry, preferably with multinational telecom companies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team player with strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Proficient in English
  • Hands on experience in switch, access, data, router, UMTS and wireless products.
TURN KEY MANAGER

Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise overall delivery of the project roll out / TURNKEY for telecommunication infrastructure

Requirements:
  • Degree in Electronics / Telecommunication / Project Management or equivalent
  • More than 3 years' experience in telecom industry as TURNKEY Manager
  • Good Knowledge of Turn-Key Project Management which includes SA, Civil
  • Works and Construction of Building / Towers.
  • Turn-key Project Roll-out experience for a minimum of 3 years (for Turnkey PM), or I&C experience for a minimum of 3 years (for non-Turnkey PM).
  • Subcontractor Management and Material Procurement knowledge is vital for the job is concerned.
  • Broad telecom industry background and experienced in technical service operations
  • Excellent customer relationship management
  • Well versed in project management tools application
  • Dynamic, possess good leadership with good sense of responsibility
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in English
