IT FINANCE & HR MANAGER ( ITM )
Qualifications :
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Hardworking and responsibility
- Self motivated and able to work under pressure
- University Graduates with strong ‘service excellence’ mindset
- Possess high sense of Risk Awareness, Compliance and integrity
- Strong team leadership and high team achievers (performance oriented)
- Able to handle documentation, administration and filling
- Good Communications skill.
- Prepare AOP for IT, including IT project for bank wide
- Manage IT budget and utilization
- Ensure accrual for IT expenses on monthly basis to ensure the smoothness of IT finance performance
- Ensure that all agreement is extended at least 3 month before
- Ensure that the contains of the agreement is already verified and confirmed by SME & PM
- Coordinate IT Audit Finding
- Develop SOP for internal process
Experiences : min. 4 years of working experience in financial institution and experience in certified public accountant firm is preferable
