Marcomm Specialist – East Java Branch

Responsibilities:
  • To develop annual budget proposal for regional marketing activities
  • To execute the campaign in their regions and monitor the campaign impact in their regions and provide feedback on all Campaign activity
  • To monitor all ads and media placement in their regions.
  • To develop and manage POP’s placement and monitor the implementation
  • To propose and maintain Billboard location and monitor the execution (new / additional)
  • To propose and manage IT Mall Branding location and monitor the execution
  • To execute nationwide exhibition in their regional
  • To provide quarterly event / activities agendas
  • To execute the campaign in their regions and monitor the campaign impact in their regions
Requirements:
  • Have 3 -5 years experience in marketing communication (ATL/ BTL) of IT products.
  • Bachelor degree, preferably marketing or business
  • Excellent in leading a team with innovative solutions
  • Good presentation & communication skills
  • Strong team player / self motivated/able to work and deliver in high pressure environment
  • Experience and detail in dealing with vendor and become the PIC from concept to final stage.
CS Development Executive

Responsibilities:
  • Sell Options & Accessories using database of Contact Center & Warranty database
  • Follow up sales thru distributors to ensure the stock availability and target achievement
  • Liaise with other related department especially Service Logistics in order to conduct Factory Outlet.
  • Develop and coordinate marketing campaign regularly to promote Options & Accessories
  • Facilitate communication among MSR, Service Operation, Reseller & Distributors
  • Develop report covers Sales, Reseller Stock, Activities, Suggestion & Plan
  • Maintain Pricing Structure of Options & Super care
Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor degree majoring in Marketing or Management
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in sales activities or service center in IT / Electronic / consumer electronic
  • Self motivation and initiative, combined with an analytical mind and logical/firm judgment
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Good communication skills
CRM Specialist

Responsibilities:
  • Assist Superior in implementing IT related projects, support daily operations, and maintain user profile/authorization with regard to IT business applications in order to ensure the project deliverables meet user’s requirement and expectation
  • Maintain, test, and monitor business applications, including coordinating the installation of computer programs and systems in order to ensure the project implemented in accordance to standard methodology and follow the best practice
  • Maintain business production system (applications, interfaces, workflow, alert, etc.) to support the availability and continuity of business operation
  • Provide business process consultancy to the business users in order to seek for better business solution
  • Develop, document and revise system design procedures, test procedures and quality standards
  • Determine computer software or hardware needed to set up or alter system, also liaise with system administrator for verification
Requirements:
  • Male/female
  • Min. Bachelor Degree in Information Management/Engineering/Science from reputable University
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in IT Management and experience in implementing ERP and CRM
  • Having knowledge in Business analytical and logical/firm judgment
  • Strong business process knowledge (ERP, CRM)
  • Min 2 year experience in Microsoft CRM implementation & development
  • Having skills in .NET programming is essential
  • Self motivation and initiative, combined with an analytical mind and logical/firm judgment
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Strong understanding of available and emerging technologies is essential
  • English is mandatory, mandarin would be an advantage
Material Planner Executive

Responsibilities:
  • Provide plan in purchasing spare part in monthly basis so as to get the approval from Superior.
  • Identify the quantity of spare part to be purchased with the condition the spare part will not be produced by manufacturer (last time buy position).
  • Monitor and follow up all the purchase spare part order to the local vendor in order to ensure the spare part come timely and the type match with the PO (Purchase Order).
  • Provide preventive action for immediate spare part needs which are not in the spare part planning by doing normal buy, or rainbow project, or searching through other NS.
  • Provide monthly report regarding spare plan to be submitted to Superior in order to support Superior decision making process and action plan.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor degree (S1) majoring in Engineering/Mathematic
  • Minimum 4 years working experience in planning area in IT/consumer electronic/semiconductor industry
  • Good team player, does his/her share of the work, keeps other team members informed and up-to-date about what is happening in the group
  • Good communication skill
  • Self motivation and initiative, combined with an analytical mind and logical/firm judgment
Telesales / Telecoverage Staff

Key Accountabilities :
  • Maintain and manage Customer database. Cleaning, updating, and registering new accounts/customers.
  • Follow up and validating leads from all Acer commercial events.
  • Do regular call to all active and dormant customers to find/create new leads/opportunities or to find other issues.
  • Transfer valid leads to Account Manager (AM).
  • To pass any important/urgent info from customers call to AM, re: complaint, event, meeting request, etc.
  • To help AM to follow up Acer invitation for all commercial events, to confirm registration, etc.. (usually we need some help from CSD call center as well, but only for this part of desk job)
  • Direct report to commercial head, and matrix supervision to call center head (CSD).
Requirements
  • D3 but preferably S1
  • Man or woman, max age 30
  • Minimum experience, 2 3 years (the longger the better) as
  • telesales/telecoverage, preferably from IT, Telecommunication or
  • Automotive Industry. Or 2-3 years experience selling Hardware products
  • through telephone
