Risk Surveyor
Responsibilities:
- Conduct a survey to look at the risk on the insured property
- Produce the risk survey reports;
- Provide recommendations based on a survey of risk has been carried out.
- Male, maximum 27 years old;
- Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering or major in Insurance Academy;
- Minimum experience 2 years in risk surveying;
- Strong knowledge about insurance technique in the property risk assessment;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Computer Literate (Word & Excel) is a must;
- Proficient in English both oral & written;

Agency Manager
Responsibilities:
- Recruit new Agents;
- Provide training sales academy for both new and existing agents;
- Monitor sales activities, sales strategies and market development (retail and corporate)
- Provide input for the long-term business development of various Bintang's products to ensure the profitable future growth of the business unit;
- Establish business plan and action plan.
- Male/Female, age 30 – 38 years old;
- Minimum University Graduates from any discipline;
- Having experience in handling agency or sales team (Life or General Insurance);
- Strong knowledge of system, business plan and procedure;
- Strong Leadership and Managing People;
- Excellent communication skill & teamwork;

Head Sales
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and empowering sales
- Coaching & Mentoring
- Coordination of premium collection of new and renewal policies Coordination for policy making and delivery
- Perform analysis to develop new markets and potential clients
- Perform planning and accountability costs
- Report monthly sales activities to the Regional Sales Manager and Sales Group Head
- Responsible for market and potential customer analysis to increase Point of Sales revenues. Ensuring the ability and the working allocation of the sales team to achieve the targets set and provide excellent service to existing and ongoing processed customers.
- 30 – 40 years old;
- Min. S1 from any discipline, preferably with A3IK certifications;
- Min.5 yrs exp. in handling Sales at General/Life/Broker Insurance;
- Min.3 yrs exp. in managerial positions;
- Strong Leadership, Excellent Communication & Presentation Skill;
- English & Computer Literate;
- Highly motivated, discipline, honest, client oriented;
- Strong knowledge of system, business plan & procedure
