HR Generalist
YOUR TASKS
Reports to HR Director, this position will be responsible to manage the whole area of compensation and benefits management for all employees. As a generalist, she/he will be required to manage all HR aspect within the company, which has to be in line with the guidelines, strategic plan and policies of the Company. It will include but not limited to payroll management, performance management, recruitment and many others.
YOUR PROFILE
- Minimum of Bachelor degree from any related major
- Male/Female, maximum age of 35 years
- Has minimum of 3 years working experience in similar area
- Preferably has experiences in multinational company
- Has strong knowledge and skills on labor law, payroll management, income tax, recruitment, performance management, and any other HR areas
- Good in human relationship and strong interpersonal & communication
- Details, accurate and thorough
- Proactive, pressure persistent, able to thrive in fast paced
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and excellent in MS Office skill, especially in Excel
