PT BOC Gases Indonesia is A member of The Linde group, Munich , Germany. The Leading global industrial gases and engineering group , provide innovative solutions, supply our products to more than 600 customers by pipeline, tankers or cylinders with over 200 staffs supporting our 24-hour operation in five different locations across Java. We provide customized solutions to customers primarily in petrochemicals, steels, metals, food and beverages, fabrication, pharmaceutical and medical typically through the provision of a dedicated pipeline supply from on-site production units, or alternatively via tankers.
We also serve customers whose requirements are in smaller quantities – delivering in cylinders or smaller vessels looking after customers in the welding, cutting, medical hospitality and scientific markets. In facing the on going challenges, the company is looking for :
Management Trainee
Requirement :
- Mechatronics, Mechanical , Electrical engineering
- Performance score minimum 3.0
- Ability to communicate in English fluently both verbal and written.
- Available to overseas exposure.
Sales Representative Merchant & Package Gas
Responsibilities
Sales Development
- Develop and execute sales plans through a sound understanding of existing and potential customers’ requirements and demands to achieve objectives and financial targets.
- Prepare quotations/proposals
- Negotiate and contract customers
- Identify and explore new business opportunities
Customer Service
- Make regular contact and visit to customers
- Respond to customer’s inquiries promptly
- Receive and follow up customer orders to be delivered on the promised date
- Give technical assistance and presentations on product specifications and applications
- Conduct and assist gas trials on product applications
- Compliance with all company quality and safety procedures and requirements
Experience
Functional/technical skill- Bachelor or Master in Technical/Chemical/Industry Engineering with at least 3 years experience
- Industry Sales experience is essential
- Strategy development and implementation experience
- Sufficient Marketing exposure/experience
- Strategy development and delivery
- Demonstrated success with prior sales and marketing roles
- Having excellence negotiation and influencing skills
- Commercial acumen and entrepreneurial drive
- Coaching and training skills
- Self starter, change agent and strong self discipline and commitment
- Able to work across organizational boundaries
- Strong interpersonal and fluent communication skills both in English and Bahasa Indonesia
