Sales Trainer

The Role
Responsible to execute and organize sales training in assigned region. The incumbent will also be responsible to asses and prioritize learning needs, design and develop learning solution, as well as facilitate sales force learning.

The Person
Minimum S1 degree from reputable university. Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical industry experience in the same position. Strong possession of analytical thinking, communication, interpersonal, leadership and managerial skills is fundamental; demonstration of high energy, positive ambition and innovation is substantial; and proficiency in English is a must.

Product Manager

The Role
Responsible to develop annual marketing plan based on corporate long term plan & strategy in order to have a clear brand strategy. The incumbent will also be responsible to implement approved marketing plan and control spending budget as well as brand equity improvement. Required to regularly monitor sales, distributions, stock, and promotion materials, as well as building scientific relationship with external key stakeholders.

The Person
Minimum S1 degree of Pharmacist/Marketing/Sales from reputable university. Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical industry experience in the same position. Strong possession of analytical thinking, communication, interpersonal, leadership and managerial skills is fundamental; demonstration of high energy, positive ambition and innovation is substantial; and proficiency in English is a must.
