FORMALITIES AND OFFICE SERVICE COORDINATOR (Code : FOC)

To ensure vehicle requirement for visitors for Head Office from third party with drivers if requirement, and plan to recommend the benefits of Car Owner for employees who entitled to Car Ownership plan (COP), recommend list of vehicles for sale or auction. To manage for Head Office service matters (ID Card, Uniform, Telephone operator, copy machine, drinking water supplier, travel plan, including bidding). Also to ensure and manage work permit and housing for expatriates are fulfilled.

Qualifications :
  • Graduated from S1 or bachelor degree from any discipline from well known university
  • Having more than 5 years in retail experienced for the same position and familiar with handling expat work permit
  • Good team player with an excellence communications or interpersonal skill
  • English proficiency both oral and written is essential
  • Ability to work independently and under tight schedule to achieve a target
  • Having strong leadership, team work oriented, result oriented, sharp analytical skill, presentation skill, an excellence communications and strong negotiation skill
