Environmental Coordinator (Code: EC)
Responsibilities:
- Review any company guidelines/standards or Government regulations in relating to Environmental in order to define the right procedures/instructions.
- Provide necessary guidance and directions to other related parties to ensure an effective implementation of Environmental guidelines/standards in Pulogadung Plant.
- Ensure all documented procedures/instructions/forms for Environmental are up to date in accordance with the latest guidelines/standards/regulations and properly distributed as controlled regulation document in company.
- Ensure all tests and measurements related to Environmental aspects are regularly executed as requirement among departments or by SHE itself.
- Operate, coordinate and Ensure Pulogadung waste treatment facilities are smoothly running in accordance with company guidelines/standards and/or related to local Government regulations.
- University degree from Environmental or Chemical Engineering.
- Min. 2 years experience as SHE Officer or environmental Engineer in manufacturing company.
- Able to communicate in English.
- Computer Literate.
- Familiar with waste water treatment, including problem solving analysis.
- Deep knowledge in waste management or treatment, waste minimization program, environmental regulations and programs, Environmental Management System knowledge (including Government Regulations related to environment), waste reduction, GHG, also energy saving program.
- Experience in ISO 14001 would be an advantage.
- Willingness to travel.
Warehouse Manager (WHM)
Responsibilities:
- To drive and ensure that all warehouse activities (i.e. : receiving materials, storages, delivery of goods) are managed and implemented properly according to the established local and internal regulations such as SHE, ISO 9001:2000, SOAR, SRE, etc.
- To ensure a proper warehouse strategies are in placed in order to support Plant Pulogadung short, mid and long term strategy.
- To ensure a high accuracy of stock and prevent the stock against damages.
- To drive and ensure a continuously improvement program are in placed in WH strategies.
- Optimize continuously equipment and space utilization of the warehouse.
- Ensure a high accuracy of stock.
- Check stock movement and documentation.
- Manage slow moving stock in raw packing and finished goods stores.
- Organize recall of out dated and damaged stock from depots.
- Prevent RM/PM/FG against loss and damages.
- Control the requested delivery of goods between/from the factories/warehouse to all DCs.
- Plan, conduct and control stock taking.
- Develop and maintain warehouse systems and procedures.
- Control utilization of factory patty cash.
- Bachelor Degree in any field
- 5 years experience in Logistics and Warehousing
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge in Inventory computerized system (SAP), Warehouse Management, and Distribution System
- Good interpersonal skills, attention to detail, also able to motivate subordinates
PROJECT ENGINEER - Mechanic (PE)
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and organize engineering project execution as scheduled.
- Prepare and continuously control project work flow align with ISO and SHE standard.
- Coordinate project activities with related department to ensure the planning and execution run smoothly.
- Control the quality of third party to ensure optimum result achieved.
- Review engineering design in coordination with project engineers, direct superior, and user.
- Prepare and develop working instruction and project documentation.
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering, majoring in Mechanical, Energy Conversion, or Construction.
- Minimum 3 years experience in similar position.
- Project management.
- Design engineering skills.
- Machining process / workshop.
- Good interpersonal and communication skill.
- Computer literate.
