The town is on the Sangatta River, 50 km north of the equator on the east coast of Kalimantan Island, 180 km north of the provincial capital Samarinda and 310 km north of the major population centre of Balikpapan. KPC has a number of operating pits in the Sangatta mining area mined directly by KPC and by contractors. Responsibilities:
- To assist Supervisor Purchasing to issue, and receive of tender documents.
- To ensure the tendering and award process carried out according to the current policy and procedure
- To assist Supervisor Purchasing managing the tender time frame
- To assist Supervisor Purchasing in preparing bidding tabulation and evaluation
- To assist Supervisor Purchasing in preparing tender and award documents
- To provide general assistant in tender and award process.
- To assist Supervisor Purchasing in monitoring the performance of suppliers against agreed Key Performance Indicator and taking necessary action against non performance
- To assist Supervisor Purchasing identifying the repeating transactional item which should be included in material contract.
- To assist Supervisor Purchasing to produce weekly and monthly report
- To carry out administrative, filling and documentation duty supporting the section operational need.
- Minimum D3 in engineering or accounting or High School Graduate with 10 years experiences in Supply Chain.
- Posses knowledge in purchasing, market places, custom, incoterm 2000, logistic and warehousing principles
- Good computer skills MS Words, MS Excel and MS Power Point) and Ellipse literacy.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English (min level 4 KPC).
- Good planner, good people skills and organizing skills.
- Able to work under pressure and posses creative thinking.
- Minimum 1 years experience in Supply Chain areas (purchasing, expediting, inventory control, FPA, logistic and warehouse).
