Regional Trade Marketing Supervisor - Bandung
Job Responsibility:
- Delivering Trade Marketing activities (Trade Promotion, Trade Merchandising, Trade Event); Supporting Sales Road Show of Direct Sales and Marketing initiatvie in respective regions)
- Supervise all trade marketing activities for all areas in the respective region under his responsibility
- Plan, prepare, execute, monitor, report regional road show activities, local sponsorship / event and trade event (trade gathering)
- Execute, monitor for national road show and other marketing initiatives at local basis
- Manage and control promo materials for any event at local basis (booth, POS materials, merchandise/gimmick, etc.)
- Proactive and initiate local trade activities
- Ensure deliverables of Merchandiser team and regular reporting of area visibility progress
- Coordinate & manage Merchandiser team together with Merchandiser Team (3rd party)
- Monitor materials distribution to outlet, distributors, and outlet branding
- Field monitoring
- Min. Degree from any Discipline
- Have experience in Sales, Direct Selling, Trade/Field Marketing
- Have good skills in Planning & Negotiation
- Willing to be placed in Bandung
Direct Sales Supervisor - Yogyakarta
Job Responsibility:
- Seek and identify opportunities and capturing new business from the communities (Identify potential markets)
- Build and win the new prospect communities including estimated realization of the sales target plan
- Able to achieve sales target according to the sales plan
- Manage, Maintain and develop existing communities to ensure deliverables, scope and customers satisfaction
- Make our products available as per sales strategy
- Develop and manage relationship with business partners
- Manage, train and coach DSR
- Monitor DSR day-to-day activities
- Carry out marketing programs
- Improve efficiency of sales operational
- Provide reports and updates to Direct Sales Manager
- Min. Bachelor Degree.
- At least 3 years experience in Telecommunication Industry or the Finance/Banking Industry.
- Fluent in English, both oral and written.
- Strong in analysis and conceptual thinking.
- Good Leadership (planning, monitoring, evaluating, coaching and counseling)
- Good reporting skill, presentation skill
- Have excellent skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Willing to be placed in Yogyakarta
