This position will report to Corporate Plant Controller . The incumbent is responsible to :
- Manage plant controller’s & the team under their region (3-4 plants)
- Responsible for month end closing, all financial operation reporting, cost accounting, budgeting forecasting and internal controls.
- Assist in strategy development in the operation to ensure financial integrity.
- Push continuous improvement and best practices deployment throughout the operation.
- Provide business analysis on trends, issues, and developments that could impact the operation.
- Complete other tasks as assigned.
- People development through empowerment and training program
- S1 degree in Accounting
- Minimum 5 years working experience as Plant Controller/Senior Cost Accountant or other Finance Role
- Willing to be placed in Mekarsari /Klaten/Brastagi as well any Aqua’s plant in Indonesia
- Strong analytical skills & proven aptitude for numbers
- Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work with people at all levels and the ability to work in a team environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated computer proficiency using Microsoft Excel , power point and Word; SAP/Hyperion experience preferred.
