Digital Media Analyst (DMA)
Your main responsibilities are to:
- Perform daily operation of Social Networking account.
- Formulate appropriate communication to style to gain customer engagement.
- Optimize social networking function for brand campaigning and customer relations.
- Develop standard operation procedures of communication flow for Social Networking handling.
- Explore and adopt appropriate SNS features to be utilized for communication tools.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of each SNS feature.
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communication, Business (or equivalent education)
- 3 - 5 years experience in marketing strategy and communication, especially in Telco business or Advertising Agency.
- Possessing the knowledge of project management.
- Possessing up-to-date understanding of the marketing communications field techniques, technology, issues, concerns, and methods.
- Excellent writing and communication skills both in Bahasa and English.
