Key Account Officer – Foodstore

Key Account Officer - Foodstore is in charge to develop the designated Foodstores customers/stores by delivering consistent in-store execution as per standard, and capturing untapped opportunities in the stores to maximize product off-take pull out). He/She is responsible for planning, organizing, tracking & monitoring implementation of channel plan and marketing programs to drive achievement of Right Execution Daily (RED), and Net Sales Revenue (NSR) target along with developing mutual relationship with customers.

In this position, you will be responsible for the following accountabilities:
  • Achieving RED (in-store execution), Sales (in Unit Cases & Net Sales Revenue), Service Level target at designated Customers
  • Establishing mutual relationship with key persons of designated Customers, and building constructive business dialogue with them to improve in store execution and to capture business opportunities.
  • Leading the communication and implementation of marketing program up to store level
  • Leading and supervising execution team in order to achieve/exceed their individual target
  • Maintaining regular contact with Key Account Manager, Marketing Services, National Contact Center, Direct Sales Distribution, Sales Center, and Central Account Receivable
  • Monitoring and controlling Indirect Expenses, and Account Receivables Aging
Accountable for the said imperative functions, ideally you should have the following qualification
  • Having strong leadership and discipline and highly motivated people
  • Fast & able to work under pressure and also tight deadlines
  • Good in Managing internal and external environment
  • An Independent, and Target Oriented person
  • Advanced skills in Ms. Office, and having understanding in communication with English
  • Must have driving licensed (SIM A)
