National Contact Centre Process Improvement Officer- Social Media
This incumbent is responsible for developing and executing a clearly defined company communication in a manner that supports marketing, customer and consumer initiatives while increasing online awareness and ensuring a consistent marketing message and strengthening our product in the market.
He/She will also responsible in planning, managing, coordinating, and executing editorial calendar, and posting schedule in all social media websites (e.g.: CCAI Facebook and Twitter). And to support these accountabilities, the incumbent should be a coordination point for company activities, which will ensure the consistency in voice and cultivating a social media referral network

Accountable for the said imperative functions, ideally you should have the following qualification:
- Holding minimum Bachelor degree (S1) from reputable university
- Having minimum 3 years experience in a similar organization with CCAI
- Experienced minimum 2 years in similar position
- Computer, internet and social media literate
- Fully knowledgeable on social media tools, methods, trending and philosophies
- Excellent communication skill, verbal written, both for Bahasa and English
- A customer oriented, reliable, proactive, creative, open and cooperative person
- Good working under pressure and tight deadline
- Great in interpersonal and building working relationships skill
