Personal Banker Development Programme
(Code : JS PB PFS – 10)

Overview:
  • The Candidate will go through an intensive development programme to become a new Personal Banker. The programme covers the learning activities to become a professional banker, who is expected to take part and contribute to the growing of Consumer Banking business. During the learning period, the candidate will be provided with a series of banking product knowledge, ranging from Assets, Liabilities, Investment, Insurance, Syariah, and General Banking Operations. Additionally, the Candidate will be introduced to the banking Compliance, Legal, Fraud, Risk and Regulations. A set of personal development will also be available during the programme in order to wrap up the knowledge and skills.
  • At the end of the programme, the Candidate will start using the knowledge and skill as a professional banker in acquiring new banking customers and offering Wealth Management product with support from a Mentor. During the starting up period, the Candidate starts to develop the networking and relationships with prospective customers, colleagues and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Hold a minimum of Bachelor Degree from a reputable university.
  • Fresh Graduate or has a maximum 1 year working experience.
  • Has a strong passion in selling activities, excellent interpersonal skills and service orientation.

Staff Account Payable
(Code : JS Staff Acc Pay – SUP 10)


Job Summary :
The jobholder is responsible to process a variety of OPT payment requests to suppliers, which includes preparation of proper and accurate journal entries, using proper I/E items, I/E types, GL accounts, cost centers and withholding tax rates.

Requirement :
  • Hold a minimum bachelor degree from reputable university majoring in Accounting/Finance.
  • Has a minimum 1-2 years experience in account payable.
  • Knowledge in Tax (Withholding Tax and VAT) is preferable
  • Familiar with HUB system.
  • Proficiency in English, written and spoken.
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Excellent computer knowledge and skills (Microsoft Office application)

SPV CPC Operations

Responsibility:
The jobholder will responsible to balancing & reconciling transactions at ATM, investigating the discrepancies, monitoring and resolving the problem logged into CMS, prepare supporting document to report / log the discrepancies for audit purpose i.e registers, ORL, surprise & month-end balancing etc, person in charge who coordinate ATM vendors for monitoring the service.

Requirements:
  • Knowledge / experience on banking operations, preferably on cash operations and IT.
  • High accuracy and ability for working in details.
  • Proficient in English and Computer Literate.
  • Has a pleasant personality and able to work with a team.

Staff Export Settlement

Job Responsibility:
The jobholder is required to process Export Settlement duty either under DC and Non DC in compliance with International regulation, Central Bank regulation and internal bank’s regulation.

To provide services to the Fund Manager and distribution agent by performing all necessary maintenance in the system in processing the registration (account maintenance), subscription, redemption, and switching of mutual fund transactions as well as ensuring timely monitoring of transaction reports and distribution of transaction reports, confirmation advices, and statements to Fund Manager, Distribution Agents, and Direct Customers of Fund Manager.

Responsibility:
Administered all the Pension/Mutual/Discretionary Fund operations which include executing the fund manager/client instructions on a daily basis; perform day to day accounting booking and valuations which yield the Mutual/pension/Discretionary Fund NAV on a daily basis; compliance checking for the individual fund maintained; provide high quality services to the local fund managers by maintaining good relationship and responding to enquiries from the fund managers / clients and other sections within the department or other department.

Responsibility:
The job holder is responsible to support customer’s queries on all Cash Management products, in particular electronic services, e.g. HSBCnet, HSBC connect, e-Tax plus, virtual account, cheque outsourcing and lockbox, etc, in an effective, efficient and timely manner. The job holder will also be responsible in daily operational duties in managing his/her account-portfolio, understand the account management not only in resolving client issues, but also proactively maintaining client relationship in order to spot deep sell opportunity and ultimately increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:
  • Hold minimum Bachelor degree from reputable university majoring in any related discipline with outstanding achievements
