Professional Development Program Superintendent (Code: PDPS)
Responsibilities :
- Oversee Professional Development Program management including support the curriculum development in technical competency development
- Ensuring all technical development programs are developed and implemented as scheduled (Graduate Development Program, Apprentice Program, Internship Program)
- Reviews all professional development program and continue to improve
- Work with Admin Support Superintendent to develop document & knowledge management
- Bachelor Degree (S1) in Engineering (Mining/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Geology, Industrial)
- Minimum 2 years in engineering work and/ or in supervisory role (mining industry is an advantage)
- Minimum 2 years experience in training and development area would be a plus
- Curriculum development particularly on technical competency (if any)
- Critical to be able to communicate well with all parties
- Able to supervise a team of program coordinators
- Able to recommend the right training and how to schedule
- Knows how a database system works
- Able to manage multiple projects at once
- Able to deliver training
- Able to develop technical competency training curriculum is a plus
Graduate Development Program Coordinator (Code: GDPC)
Responsibilities :
- Coordinates Graduate Development Program
- Ensuring all programs are prepared and implemented as scheduled
- Reviews all graduate development program and continue to improve
- Work with Admin Support Superintendent to develop document & knowledge management
- Support in developing curriculum for graduate development program if needed
- Bachelor Degree (S1) in Engineering (Mining/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Geology/ Geotech) or Bachelor Degree (S1) in Management/ Business Administration/ Accounting
- Minimum 1 year in administering or coordinating a development program
- Minimum 1 year experience in engineering work would be an advantage
- Minimum 1 year experience in training and development area is a plus
- Some exposure in Program Curriculum Development
- Able to administer or coordonate program
- Able to supervise a team of program counsellors
- Able to schedule training and communicate well with all parties
- Some knowledge on a database system
- Able to deliver training would be a great advantage
- Able to develop a program would be a plus
Curriculum Development Specialist (Code : CDS)
Responsibilities :
- Specialized in developing curriculum for training and development programs as per company’s standard for technical / professional & managerial competencies
- Ensuring training and development programs have curriculum as per standard requirements (template format, content, etc.), with external references
- Reviews all existing curriculum and continue to improve
- Work with related parties to develop document & knowledge management
- Bachelor Degree (S1) in Engineering (Mining/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Geology/ Industrial) or Bachelor Degree (S1) in Management/ Business Administration/ Accounting
- Minimum 2 years in Curriculum development particularly on technical & managerial competencies (mining industry is an advantage)
- Minimum 1 year experience in database system administration
- Minimum 1 year experience in training and development area would be a plus
- Able to communicate well with all parties
- Able to develop training curriculum and program curriculum
- Able to manage own time in delivering projects
- Able to develop an effective database system for training & development
