Responsibilities:
- Make a schedule of planning in his/her region inspection team coordination, ensure the review process runs according to schedule and reporting the results of which can be used effectively by management
- Coordinating the QA team reports the results of coordination and continuous meetings with the relevant sections (QA Branch Manager Branch / ROH and related units).
- Monitoring the completion of a QA audit findings, internal audit and BI.
- Managing costs to be incurred in connection with the inspection process to a branch.
- Provide input for process improvement
- Provide input on training needs for QA coordination.
- Provide an assessment rating to the inspected unit
- Creating a solid team work.
- Minimum age 30 years, max 45 years
- Minimal S1 (Any Major) with a minimum GPA 2.75 (scale 4:00)
- Has six years experience in banking miniml field. banking operations, as well as holding managerial positions at least three years.
- Understand, understand and implement the mandatory implementation of risk control.
- Mastering the system and procedures for banking transactions.
- Ability to analyze problems.
- Know the flow of credit operation and transactional process
- Knowing the accounting transactions in the operation.
