Responsibilities:
Managing Performance of Sub-Distributors as partners in the development process Enseval coverage in accordance with the agreed performance targets and to ensure focus and commitment to total Subdistributor Enseval business in his territory.
Requirements:
- Age Max 35 years
- Minimal S1 from any discipline with GPA Min 2.75
- Experience as a Senior Sales min. 5 years and Sales Supervisor min. Two years. Precedence that has experience in managing distributors / Subdist least one year
- Experienced distribute and sell products Beverages (RTD: PET & Tetra Pack) are preferred
- Has interpersonal & communication skills are good.
- Mastering the computer programs (especially for data analysis and producing presentation materials)
- Having a SIM A, and were willing to be placed in all regions of Indonesia (Java, Sumatra, Sulawesi and Kalimantan)
