Area Sales Coordinator - Sumatera Bagian Utara (ASC-Sumbagut)
Location : All North Sumatera area (Sumut, Riau & Riau Kepulauan)
Scope of works:
This is a middle managerial level position, with scope of work, to perform, develop and stabilize the sales volume in the assigned marketing area including:
- Preparation of daily, monthly and yearly accurate, efficient and appropriate data to support Regional Sales Manager in achieving sales target for the customer segment.
- Maintaining and expanding sales in his area (against target), including:
- provide support for the related Sales Manager (To be changed with designated Sales Manager)
- Provide support for and direction to Sales Executive (and TSO’s – if required)
- Minimum graduate in any discipline, preferably from Civil Engineering, Marketing and Management
- Minimum 3 years in current position as supervisor,

Scope of works:
To achieve profitability in PT. Holcim Beton, trough sales and activity plan, direct, organise, supervise, and evaluate all activities of Speedcrete business operation, safety & environment & and government relation to achieve budgeted profitability in an efficient and safe environment
Requirements:
- Min graduate with Bachelor of Civil engineering
- Min. 1 year in current position
- experience in Ready mix business operation & sales
- Understand with concrete product and development
- Understand the business process
- Able to read and interpret technical procedure and specification
- Computer Literate : Computer utilisation for Windows system, software application such as Word processor MS Word & spreadsheet MS excel.

Scope of works:
- To develop sustainable trade program which focus on business partnership in transactional channel to deliver expected volume outcomes through :
- Better Availability (high chain efficiency), ensure optimum trade push.
- Better Visibility (Merchandising Activities)
- Better Services (Develop and Implement standard retail service pack)
- To control and evaluate each trade activities implemented and ensure those activities are integrated with brand thematic.
- Planning and coordinating activities within regions. Closely liaise with RSM, ASC and TSO
- Organize relevant event to trade activity
- Provide Tactical Analysis, Feedback and Recommendation to Sales Team for better business result.
