General Requirements :
- Female
- Maximum age 30 years old
- Minimum Diploma Degree in Secretary, graduated from any reputable university in Indonesia
- Minimum 5 years experiences as secretary or personal assistant, whereas 3 years as executive secretary of director level
- Computer literate for Ms. Word, Ms. Excel and Ms. Power Point programs.
- Actively speaking and writing in English is a must.
- Actively speaking and writing in France is valuable
- Able to communicate effectively at all levels of employment
- Willing to be based in Medan immediately
- Good personalities, Self confidence and High motivation.
- High integrity and loyalty.
- Honest, responsibility, and trustworthy.
- Able to work effectively and under pressure.
