Specialist - HR Planning & Monitoring (HRPM)
Responsibilities:
- Coordinates the development of HR annual business plan which align with company strategic plan.
- Monitors HR company metrics, identify the roadblock and initiate the problem solving.
- Supports the delivery of key initiatives in HR Operations.
- Develops improvement plan of process and strategy in HR, and drive the implementation.
- Bachelor degree in any major, preferably whom possess master degree in business or human resource management
- Minimum of 5 years experience in HR strategic area (experience in telecommunication industry will be an advantage)
- Strong business acumen
- Good project management skills
- Knowledge of HR Concepts and Practices
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent facilitation skills
- Good pro-activity & initiative
