Regional Marketing Manager (RMM)
( Location : Makassar )


Responsibilities:
  • Manage Regional product portfolio
  • Recommend idea generation and product offering
  • Recommend price plan ( postpaid, prepaid, 3G & VAS )
  • Propose local vas content customization
  • Develop regional consumer promotions programs
  • Develop regional consumer retention and loyalty programs
  • Segmentation analysis
Requirements:
  • S1 in marketing / communication
  • Having sales and distribution knowledge
  • Marketing program & strategy
  • Advertising & promotion ( event management )
  • The Job Holder should has personal credibility ( integrity, flexibility, excellence ) & customer oriented
  • Result oriented ( initiative, innovative, managing performance)
  • Advance in communication ( oral / written, persuasive, motivational, team building
  • Interpersonal, influencing, collaborative
  • Technical expertise ( sales/marketing, Planning and organizing, Financial management )
Specialist - Regional Planning & Monitoring (RPM)
( Location : Medan )

Responsibilities:
  • Establish and manage the system to monitor financial and non financial report generation , analysis and subsequent corrective action.
  • Establish and manage a monitoring mechanism of the reports
  • Coordinate, control and report on all capex and opex
  • Manage the overall quality assurance special projects / assignments as directed by superior
  • Coordinate regional annual planning, budgeting and target setting & regional 1-year strategy formulation
  • Perform and update financial plan forecasting and recommend ways to improve budget efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Experience in process development and the development of methods and procedures
  • Knowledge of corporate governance process
  • Good understanding of Quality Assurance principles and their application in business
  • Good understanding of SPC measurement principles and their application in business
  • Ability to implement quality improvement tools & methodologies e.g 6-sigma root cause analysis
  • Attention to details, strong in number and persistent.
  • Work experience min 5 years with min 3 years in business analysis job role.
