Specialist - Regional Planning & Monitoring (RPM)

Responsibilities:
- Establish and manage the system to monitor financial and non financial report generation , analysis and subsequent corrective action.
- Establish and manage a monitoring mechanism of the reports
- Coordinate, control and report on all capex and opex
- Manage the overall quality assurance special projects / assignments as directed by superior
- Coordinate regional annual planning, budgeting and target setting & regional 1-year strategy formulation
- Perform and update financial plan forecasting and recommend ways to improve budget efficiency.
- Experience in process development and the development of methods and procedures
- Knowledge of corporate governance process
- Good understanding of Quality Assurance principles and their application in business
- Good understanding of SPC measurement principles and their application in business
- Ability to implement quality improvement tools & methodologies e.g 6-sigma root cause analysis
- Attention to details, strong in number and persistent.
- Work experience min 5 years with min 3 years in business analysis job role.
