Buyer Specialist (Job Code: BS)
Responsibilities:
To conduct the purchasing process for goods and services at the best company's interest by:
- conducting comprehensive Vendor Qualification and Selection to be line with specification & scope of work determined by users
- conducting Bidding Process in strict compliance with Business Process and Policy
- monitoring vendor's performance, and continually improving sourcing alternative
- IT/Telco education background min 5 years experience and exposures in IT/GSM equipment, Telco networking and commercial aspects
- Financial awareness, negotiation skill and vendor management ability
- Good interpersonal, communication skills and problem solving
