(Officer Development Program for Small Medium Enterprise & Commercial)

ODP is a program that offers accelerated career for you, son daughter Greater Jakarta area which has the potential and ambition. By following intensive training and development program for 12 months, you will then be assigned as Assistant Manager of SMEC work unit, which is on BII branch network in the Greater Jakarta area for later be developed into future leaders in the future BII.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Min. S1 graduates from all majors
• GPA Min. 2,75
• Age maximum 26 years for graduates of S1 and 29 years for S2
• Target-oriented
• Has interpersonal skills, communication, and negotiation
