Scope of works:
- To Organize Talent Management related initiatives and to provide necessary support for Talent Pool members throughout their development process.
- Nominating, Identifying High Potentials
- Diagnosing Development Opportunities and Ensuring that Development Takes Place
- Reviewing Progress of Talent Pool and Retaining Talents in the Pools
- Establish and Maintaining the Career Resources Center
- Ensuring the sustainability of the Performance Management system and the tools (Dialogue, e-Dialogue)
- Education : Bachelor degree from any discipline.
- Experience : 4-5 years work experience in Human Resources especially Talent Management areas, People Development areas are welcome.
- Computer literacy :Computer literacy
- Language : Good command in English both oral & written
- Other qualification / skills :
